Off season (5/15-6/20 and 9/15-10/19): $115 to $155 per night.
In season (6/20-9/15): $175 to $215 per night.
All rooms come with either one king or one queen bed, private bathrooms and kitchenettes.
Sunset Cabin: $235 to $285 per night. The cabin has two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, living room, a screened in patio and private beach access. It’s a short walking distance from the main Lodge nestled in the woods. The Sunset Cabin is stocked with towels, pillows and sheets. Please bring your own coffee, toiletries and any other items, to make your stay most comfortably.
No Discounts: Our prices are very reasonable which is why we do not honor any discounts at this time.

Beaver Island Lodge is a fourteen room hotel with the addition of one two bedroom cabin. The building and cabin do not have air conditioning. Summers are mild with evening temperatures ranging in the 50’s and 60’s, which most of our guests find very comfortable. Individuals who have difficulty ambulating or negotiating steps should be aware that Beaver Island Lodge does not have an elevator. Our standard rooms are located on the second floor and most of our suites are located on the third floor. The Sunset Cabin also has steps. Please consider this information before completing a room reservation.
• ROLLAWAYS & ROOM OCCUPANCY
Rollaways are not permitted. Each room in the Lodge is double occupancy only (maximum of 2 guests per room), no exceptions.
Sunset Cabin has occupancy for 4 guests, two per bedroom.
• TAXES AND FEES
Room rates and the cabin are subject to a 6% government tax.
Free parking is available in our private parking lot.
• CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check in time is 3:00 pm. Check out time is 10:00 am.
If you need an early check in, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
If you will be arriving later than 5:00 pm (except if you need a late ferry pick-up), please call us in advance to make special arrangements for a self-check in.
Beaver Island Lodge provides free guest transportation to and from the ferry dock. Arrangements must be made at the time of reservation. We do not provide free airport transportation. Please call (231) 448-2396, if you will be bringing bikes to make arrangements for a luggage only pick-up. We do not transport bikes.
We have several vehicles available For daily or weekly Rent. Please Reserve early.
Reservations are confirmed with full payment at time of booking. A deposit may be charged to MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover credit cards and will be processed when the card number is given.
Up to 15 days prior to check-in: A full credit will be issued to the credit card on file less a $25 administrative cancellation fee.
Within 14 days of check-in: All cancellations are subject to a 100% room charge including tax. “No Shows” and/or early departures will be charged the full reservation amount including tax. No refunds will be processed.
*All special packages are non-refundable at the time the reservation/packages are confirmed.
Beaver Island Lodge recommends that our guests secure travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellation costs.
• PET POLICIES
No pets allowed except for “service animals”. Under the ADA’s revised regulations, the definition of a “service animal” is limited to a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task’s performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability. “Comfort”, Therapy”, or “Emotional Support Animals” do not meet the definition of a service animal.
Beaver Island Lodge is a NON-SMOKING hotel. Guests who do smoke, must do so outside and away from the buildings. There is a minimum $500.00 per day charge for those guests who smoke anywhere inside of the building or on the balconies. Please properly dispose of your cigarettes in the ashtrays provided. Thank you. No open flames of any type are permitted.
Beaver Island Lodge offers a relaxed atmosphere for couples and friends wanting to get away from it all, while experiencing the best Beaver Island has to offer. Please be mindful of other guests.
• DRUG POLICY
Beaver Island Lodge does not permit on its property the unlawful possession or use of controlled substances as defined under either federal or state law. Unlawful use or possession will subject guests to potential ouster.
The Restaurant at Beaver Island Lodge is located on the first (ground) floor and is run independent of the hotel. Reservations are highly recommended. Please call the main number (231) 448-2396.
